Most Realtors spend a large part of their time looking for their next client by door knocking, cold calling, calling on expired listings, and For-Sale-By Owners, or doing open houses. I don't spend any of my time with those activities. Working by referral, my clients keep their ears open for anyone that might have a need for my services and then call me so that I can follow up and take care of their real estate needs. This is how I can concentrate all of my attention on my current and past clients and their referrals.
